Baseline Phase — Day 0

Attend a central venue for your baseline blood draw. You also provide a urine sample at home using a simple collection kit — analysed for environmental chemicals and mycotoxin markers. We record lifestyle variables for accuracy.

Yes. The study involves two simple blood draws at your home by a qualified phlebotomist, plus two urine samples you collect yourself at home. You'll also take a natural mineral supplement (MasterPeace) daily for 60 days. The supplement is non-pharmaceutical, has been tested in published peer-reviewed studies, and has no known contraindications for healthy adults. There are no clinic visits, no injections beyond routine phlebotomy, and no lifestyle changes required.

Your personal results are shared only with you and the physician reviewing them. Anonymised, aggregated data may be used for research publication — you will not be identifiable in any published findings. All data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection principles. You will be asked to provide consent before any data is collected or processed.

Yes, absolutely. Participation is entirely voluntary. You can withdraw at any point during the study without giving a reason and without any consequence. If you withdraw before the Day 60 testing, you will still receive your baseline results.

Yes, the study includes a placebo group as part of its controlled design. Assignment to the active supplement or placebo group is part of the study protocol. Full details will be explained to you before you provide consent — you will have all the information you need to make an informed decision before agreeing to participate.

This study is an independent observational nutritional monitoring study rather than a university or NHS clinical trial, so it has not gone through a formal ethics committee process.
